Fishing for Clouds

Here are a few pictures from the last couple of days. I may post some more in the next while, but it takes FOREVER for the pictures to upload to the net so I´m trying to do it sparingly. The past few days have been really relaxed. I have strolled around some, and went to a party last night (much to my regret this morning), and it´s really nice to just hang out.

A view of the roundabout and sunset from the window of my room at the hostel.

I was told this is City Hall for Miraflores - the area of town that I´m staying in. It is right next to the church, pictured below.

Sunset at the beach. This was probably round about 6 pm or so...

The cliff at the beach. Funny story... I went there today, and an old man with his down syndrome son approached me and then asked if I wanted to buy cocaine from him after I gave him a small donation for his son. Apparently, I´m supposed to meet him again tomorrow at 6pm... needless to say, I don´t think I´ll be making it back there.

Here is the church that is just across the street from my hostel. There is a nice big park there.

This is a statue of a woman sleeping/fishing off of the roof of a building right next to my hostel. Strange. I guess she´s fishing for stars or clouds.
